1. Handcrafted Disclaimer Please note that our products are often handcrafted and hand-painted. Due to the nature of this art form, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or finish. These are not defects but rather the attributes of unique, handmade art.
2. Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized or commissioned paintings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged painting or the wrong item:

Required: You must provide an unboxing video or clear photographs showing the damage to the packaging and the product.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs.

If you are returning the item for other reasons (e.g., changed mind), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ensure the artwork is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
6. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled only before the item has been dispatched. Once the shipment tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
