International: We ship Internationally, May take extra charges depending on the size of painting. Automatic currency converter is available.
2. Processing Time Since many of our artworks are delicate or hand-finished, we take extra care in packaging.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 2–4 business days of receiving your order.

Custom/Commissioned Orders: Timelines for dispatch will be communicated via email/WhatsApp as these are made to order.

3. Packaging & Safe Handling We specialize in shipping fragile art. Your painting will be packaged using industry-standard protection:

Framed Art/Artifacts: Wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, foam, and corrugated sheets, and shipped in sturdy, damage-resistant boxes.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damage: In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the shipment if the outer packaging is visibly crushed or open. If you accept it and find damage inside, you must contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video.
